We have one-bedroom, studio, and handi-cap accessible apartments for eligible senior citizens in almost any neighborhood you’d want to call home: Aliquippa, Ambridge, Beaver, Beaver Falls, Freedom, Midland, Monaca, New Brighton, and Rochester. It’s you choice. Move to your family and friends. Live in a neighborhood where you feel comfortable. Best of all, pay rent based on your income, not high market rates.
HACB apartments are equipped with a range, refrigerator, smoke detectors and cable hookup. Most utilities are included in the rent with the exception of telephone and cable services, which is offered at a reduced rate. Routine and emergency maintenance as well as grounds keeping and refuse collection are provided at no extra cost. Limited on-or off street parking is available.
Apartments have individually controlled heat and air conditioning; grab bars in the bathroom and emergency alert pull strings in the grab bars in the bathroom and bedroom to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Each apartment building has laundry facilities and trash chutes as well as an Indentifone Entry System at the main entrance to keep you well safe and secure.
